These terms govern your use of LearnWisej, the Wisej.NET e-learning platform operated by Ice Tea Group LLC. By creating a learner profile or using the platform, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

By accessing or using LearnWisej, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations, and you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform.
LearnWisej uses passwordless sign-in: you create a profile with your name and email, and we confirm it with a one-time code sent to that address. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details, for keeping access to your email secure, and for activity that takes place under your profile. Your profile is for your own personal use and may not be shared.
Courses, labs and certificates are unlocked with credits. Credits may be purchased through our payment provider (Stripe), included as a welcome grant, or claimed from an eligible Wisej.NET license. Prices and the credits granted are shown at checkout and are the authoritative amounts.
Unlocking a course grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access its materials — videos, readings, labs, quizzes and downloads — for your own learning. You may not share, resell, sublicense, redistribute, publicly post, or "mirror" the materials, or use them to build a competing product or service.
You agree not to misuse the platform. In particular, you may not:

Certificates are issued only for courses you genuinely complete, and completion is verified on our servers. Each certificate carries a public verification code. You may share your certificate, but you may not alter it or misrepresent what it certifies.
The in-course AI tutor generates answers using an AI model grounded in the lesson material. Its responses may be incomplete or incorrect, are provided for learning support only, and are not professional advice. Verify important details against the course material and official Wisej.NET documentation before relying on them.
All course content, software, branding and trademarks on LearnWisej are owned by Ice Tea Group LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you no rights in them other than the limited license to access purchased courses described above.
The platform and its materials are provided "as is." Ice Tea Group makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the materials are accurate, complete or current.
In no event shall Ice Tea Group or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, loss of data, profit or business interruption) arising out of the use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.
We may update the platform, its courses and pricing, and these terms, at any time without notice. By continuing to use LearnWisej, you agree to the then-current version of these terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
